AI & Entrepreneurship Residential Programme 27th–31st July 2026
Student groups to be finalised closer to the time, based on
participant age, numbers and gender

What Makes This Different?
Unlike broad summer schools, LSC centres on one focused ambition: artificial intelligence and entrepreneurship.
Students explore the foundations of AI, examine how it is shaping industries, and apply their learning to develop a real solution to a genuine problem. Entrepreneurial thinking runs alongside technical work, strengthening clarity, impact and communication.
By the end of the week, each team presents a refined concept that reflects technical understanding, initiative and leadership.
This is structured, project-based learning aligned with competitive university expectations.

AI Build Studio
Students don’t just learn about AI, they use it to build. Across the week, participants move from clear foundations to practical application, working in small teams to design an AI-driven solution to a real problem. Alongside the technical work, they learn the essentials of entrepreneurship: shaping an idea, testing assumptions, and communicating value. The week ends with a polished pitch and demo-style presentation, building confidence, clarity, and a tangible outcome they can take forward.

Cultural Enrichment
Beyond academics, students will have the opportunity to explore iconic London landmarks, enriching their experience and broadening their global perspective.

A Day in Life at LSC Imperial
Each day is structured to maximize learning and exploration, blending education with adventure.

Morning Academic Sessions
From 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, students take part in structured lectures and supervised coding labs focused on artificial intelligence and venture development.
We will start with setting up the envirnoment, and finish with you being able to write and run your own Machine Learning models.
Each day builds progressively:
Day 1 – AI Foundations & Python Libraries
Day 2 – Deep Learning Masterclass
Day 3 – Reinforcement Learning Concepts
Day 4 – Entrepreneurship & Venture Strategy
Day 5 – Demo Day and Awards CeremonySessions combine university-style teaching with applied project work, ensuring students both understand and build.
Afternoon Exploration Activities
After lunch (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM), students explore London’s cultural and innovation landscape through structured, supervised visits that complement the academic programme.
Destinations may include:
Emerging Tech Galleries
Natural History Museum
South Bank Innovation Walk
London Tech District (Shoreditch / Silicon Roundabout)
Imperial’s Enterprise and Innovation Environment (including proximity to the Enterprise Lab ecosystem)
Hyde Park & Buckingham PalaceThese visits extend learning beyond the classroom, exposing students to environments where science, technology and enterprise intersect, while also allowing them to experience London’s historic and cultural landmarks.

Evening Reflection and Relaxation
Evenings at London Summer Camp are intentionally more relaxed, giving students space to unwind after an intellectually demanding day. The atmosphere shifts from structured academic work to informal conversation, reflection and connection.
Participants gather in small groups to discuss the ideas they explored during the day, share perspectives, and exchange ambitions in an open, supportive setting. These conversations often extend beyond AI and entrepreneurship, touching on university plans, global challenges and personal aspirations. The aim is not formal teaching, but thoughtful dialogue and genuine interaction.
Two supervised evening walks in central London (8:00–9:00 PM) are included during the week, offering a safe and memorable way to experience the city together while reinforcing group cohesion.
Transformative Experiences

Building Capability, Not Just Inspiration
London Summer Camp is designed to produce tangible outcomes. Over the course of the week, students move from understanding advanced AI concepts to presenting a structured solution with commercial potential.
Participants leave with:
- A developed AI project concept
- Experience in coding and technical problem-solving
- Exposure to entrepreneurial thinking
- Confidence presenting ideas in a formal setting
Beyond technical skills, students develop clarity of thought, collaborative ability and intellectual independence — qualities that distinguish strong university applicants and future leaders.

Building Meaningful Connections
London Summer Camp brings together a carefully selected international cohort of ambitious students. Over the course of the week, participants collaborate closely on projects, exchange ideas, and engage in thoughtful discussion beyond the classroom.
Students build genuine peer relationships while interacting with academics and mentors who can offer guidance and perspective on future pathways. These connections extend beyond the programme, forming the foundation of a growing global network.
The environment encourages openness, mutual respect and intellectual curiosity, allowing students to form relationships that are both personal and professionally valuable.

Inspiration and Ambition
London Summer Camp places students within an environment shaped by scientific discovery and technological progress. Surrounded by one of the world’s leading centres for research and innovation, participants are encouraged to think beyond conventional limits.
Throughout the week, students engage in conversations about future pathways in artificial intelligence, technology and entrepreneurship. They are challenged to consider not only what they can study, but what they can build, improve and lead.
The aim is not simply to inspire, but to cultivate ambition grounded in capability and action.
